Welcome

Kingston Churches Housing Association, which operates mainly in the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames, was set up in 1964 by a group of Christian people and opened its first property in 1967.

John CastelbergSince then KCHA has grown steadily to its current size, and at the end of 2007 owned and managed 246 units of housing, made up of a mix of general needs housing, sheltered housing for the elderly, three student houses, and a shared house for the young single homeless.

The housing consists of older properties that have been acquired and refurbished, but there are also two new build schemes in Tolworth and New Malden.
