Report a repair - Step 1


If you are a KCHA tenant you can report your repairs on-line in three easy steps. Your repair request will be dealt with during office hours only - all emergency repairs should be reported using the telephone numbers listed on the Report a Repair page (under Categories).

Step 1 - Select the type of repair:

HEATING
Central heating problems, leaking radiators, faulty gas or electric fires. Select the item to be repaired:
Gas central heating with radiators
Gas fire
Electric fire or storage heater
Other heating type

HOT AND COLD WATER
Problems with the water supply, no hot water, leaking pipes. Select the item to be repaired:
No hot water
No water flowing from one or more taps
Leaking pipe
Other water problem


ELECTRICAL
Problems with electrical sockets, light fittings and light switches. Select the item to be repaired:
Lighting and light switches
Power and sockets

BATHROOM
Repairs to the bath, toilet, wash basin, taps and extractor fan. Select the item to be repaired:
Toilet (includes seat, pan, cistern and pipework)
Bath (includes taps, panel, and waste pipes)
Wash basin (includes basin, taps and waste)
Extractor fan
Other bathroom problem

KITCHEN
Repairs to the sink, taps, kitchen units, and worktops. Select the item to be repaired:

WINDOWS AND DOORS
Problems with windows, external doors and internal doors. Select the item to be repaired:

WALLS CEILINGS AND FLOORS
Repairs to inside walls, tiling, stairs, ceilings and floors. Select the item to be repaired:

COMMUNAL AREAS
Repairs to communal lighting, entryphones and bin stores. Select the item to be repaired:

EXTERNAL REPAIRS
Problems with outside walls, roofs, gutters, drains, fences and gates. Select the item to be repaired:
